I believe therapy is a space for honest exploration, healing, and reconnection—with oneself, with others, and with what feels most meaningful.
At its core, therapy is a relational process; change happens through trust, attunement, and collaboration. I view each client as the expert on their own life, and we approach our work together collaboratively with curiosity, respect, and compassion.
I also understand that emotional pain and resilience are shaped not only by individual experiences but by broader systems—such as racism, gender dynamics, economic precarity, and intergenerational trauma. My role is to hold space for the full complexity of your story, to support your process of making meaning, and to walk with you as you move toward greater clarity, agency, and connection.
I offer a free, 15-minute consultation so you can ask the questions you need to determine whether we could be a good fit.
I am based in Northern California and provide telehealth therapy across California and North Carolina, with limited in-person sessions available in Berkeley, California.
